Your client sees every step of the work — and signs it off when it's done.
A consultancy, an audit or advisory firm, an agency, a lab, a contractor or a workshop: give each engagement a page your client can open, and a record of who did what, when — that they approve at the end.

The two conversations you're tired of
- “Where are we with this?” Clients call, message and chase for status — and each answer takes your people away from the work.
- “You never told me.” Weeks later the argument is about what was agreed and what was done, and each side has only its own word.
How it works
- 1Open the engagement. You list the steps once — scope agreed, inputs received, draft, review, delivered. Your client gets a link to its page.
- 2Tick steps as you go. Each step your team finishes is stamped with the time and who did it. Your client sees it on their own device; nobody has to ask.
- 3They sign it off. When the work is done, your client approves it. You both keep a signed record of what was done and that it was accepted.
Today we set this up for you by hand, and agree the scope with you in writing before any work starts. Your client needs no account.
Price
Priced to the size of your engagements and quoted in writing before we start — you will know the number before you pay anything.
Scope and price are agreed in writing, and paid up front. We never hold your clients' money: they pay you, as they do today.
