The idea

Oreoasis gives every AI-agent action a signed, publicly-verifiable receipt — a link anyone can check without trusting our backend. Self-serve and global (Free / $29 / $149 via a Merchant of Record). Verification is free forever; the paid tiers sell retention, per-receipt anchoring, exports, and branding.

Why now

Agents are taking real actions — payments, support, operations — and there is no default record anyone else will accept. We make the receipt the default, and being the default beats being the best copy.

The moat

Not code. Anchor tenure (unforgeable history a copier can't backfill), verify-URL permanence (links never die), the “Verified via Oreoasis” footer as a brand deposit per view, a registered spec/DST, and weekly cadence. Openness is the differentiation — you don't have to trust our backend.

Honest status

Zero customers; pre-launch. The SDK, metered ingest, per-tenant signing + isolation, public verify pages, and billing are built and tested in the code. Live checkout lands with Merchant-of-Record approval.

The ask

We're heading into launch. The data room covers the product, the moat, the unit economics, and the Done-for-you tier that carries the income floor.
